Tania Alexander has worked in the nonprofit sector for well over two decades. One of her most accomplished roles was the Bayview Hope Transportation Academy director, funded by Goodwill Industries of San Francisco, San Mateo & Marin. In this role, she managed eleven staff, served as a community liaison, managed an annual budget of $450,000, and developed programs and relationships with employers to hire graduates. Tania assisted with fundraising efforts. For example, she independently secured relationships with community-based organizations and government agencies, created a fee schedule for candidates referred from these entities, and contributed to proposals and grant opportunities.

Tania is currently the CEO of TaniaNotTanya, LTD., offering consulting services to churches and small businesses, i.e., program development, project management, SWOT analysis, strengthening infrastructure, grant writing, etc.

Tania graduated with honors from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Business, is a public speaker, and a published author.
