Lenika Howard, a lifelong advocate for basic human rights in the Bayview Hunter's Point Alice Griffith community, has dedicated over 20 years to empowering underserved populations, with a special focus on urban youth, young adults, and families.

Lenika's extensive contributions include serving on the Board of Directors for several nonprofits, coaching life skills for at-risk youth organizations, mentoring peer-parents through the Homeless Prenatal Program, and actively participating as a board member of the Helping Hands Youth & Young Adults Organization. Helping Hands provides vital advocacy, mentorship, and wraparound services to individuals aged 10 to 26, fostering growth and opportunity.

In 2020, Lenika expanded her mission by founding Howards Consulting LLC, where she offers business consultation services to individuals, businesses, and community-focused organizations. Through this endeavor, Lenika continues her commitment to building stronger communities and creating pathways for success.
